Nepal thrashes Bhutan in the SAFF Suzuki Championship group A match today.
Ananta Tamang opened the scoring for Nepal halfway through the first half. Bhutan who started the first game with five defenders started today with a more familiar 4-3-3 formation.
Bhutan held on to the goal deficit till the 70th minute when Sunil Bal doubled Nepal's lead a minute after Bimal Magar missed a penalty for Nepal. Bharat Khawas and Nirajan Khadka scored late on to give Nepal much needed 3 points after their defeat to Pakistan in their first game.
later tonight in Group A game hosts Bangladesh will play against Pakistan.
