Club Eagles eased past United Victory by 4-2 in the STO Male' league and moved to top spot in the league standings.

Eagles now have 11 points from 6 games while UV sit 6th in the standings with 6 points from 6 games.

The first goal of the game came in the 30th minute as Mohamed Naaim fired home. Shortly before the end of the first half UV struck back. Hassan Fairooz's thumphing attempt found the top corner of the net.

After the restart in the 51 minute Samuel headed home over Eagles goalie Sujan to give UV the lead and making the score 2-1.

Despite taking the lead UV's joy was short lived as a minute later Luiz Eduardo scored to make it all square.

Four minutes before the final whistle Eduardo scored his second of the night and made the score 3-2. Two minutes later after a mistake at the back by UV Eduardo capitalized to grab his hat-trick. this was the Brazilian's 12th goal of the season.
