Today evening in Milo Inter School Football Tournament 2018, under 18 age category, the current champion of age group Villa International High School (VIHS) will face Center for Higher Secondary Education (CHSE).

Both teams have already played their first two matches in the tournament. VIHS has badly lost their opening to Ahmadhiyya by 0-2. But has amazingly stepped strongly in the tournament after winning against B.Atoll Education Center (BAEC, Eydhafushi) in their second match by 1 – 3. There for VIHS now sits at the second spot of the ranking.

On the other hand, CHSE first match was the tournament opener, which ended as a goal less draw against BAEC. And in CHSE second game was against Ahamadhiyya International School and lost to AIS by 1-2. Ahmadhiyya is the only side so far to secure a spot in the age group final after winning first two games.

In the rankings, CHSE sits just above from the bottom, at the third spot as them and BAEC has same amount of points (1 point), but CHSE wins the third on goal difference (CHSE with -1 goal difference, while BAEC with -2).

With Ahmadhiyya International School (AIS) being already advanced to age group final as first team, now the battle for the second spot of the final remains within the remaining contenders, VIHS, BAEC and CHSE.

For CHSE and VIHS, for both sides, to keep their dream alive in the tournament, to either side, a win from today’s match is crucial. More over, to go furthure in the tournament, to reach the final, a win from today’s game is much needed for both sides.

Center for Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) vs Villa International High School (VIHS) match will kick-off at 16:00 hrs. today evening in tournament venue, Henveiru Ground.

Current champion of the age group is Villa International High School. Runner-up is Dh.Atoll Education Center (Dh.Kudahuvadhoo) School. Ahmadhiyya is the most successful side in the senior age category in Inter School Football.
