Khalil Gamal has joined Maalhos Sports Club for the upcoming Minivan Championship. The Norther Ari atoll side who are out to defend their zone championship lost key players from their squad of 2017 most notably striker Arif to TC, goalkeeper Zameer to Valencia and midfielder Crespo.

Lead by Ali Nishtar Maalhos are looking to strengthen their squad and have already replaced Zameer with the signing of Pakistani one number goalie Saqib Hanif. The 23 year old goalkeeper has previously played for BG Sports Club and has been a regular for Pakistan national team since 2013.

Egyptian left footed midfielder Khalil who played for TC in last years Dhivehi league has previously played for clubs in his native country and in the Arab Emirates.

Rumor has also spread that former BG under 21 youngster Rayyan is also set to join Maalhos along with under 19 national team winger Oggy who also spent time in BG.
