In an exciting game of football Green Streets came from behind to deny TC Sports a win in today's STO Male' league match. The match ended in a 2-2 draw.

Green Streets surprised TC with an early goal. Ahmed Rilwan (Riley) scored directly from a corner. Goalkeeper Ifrah did not see the ball until it was too late. TC midfield looks a little bit our of place. Coach Nizambe makes a double substitution in the 40th minute for TC. Murthala Adnan and Dior Clarence Williams on for  Ahmed Aiham and Mohamed Samir.

Second half started nicely for TC, but it was Green Streets who came close to doubling their lead. A chipped effort from wide over Ifrah came off the bar. Minutes later Alaa Nasr's cross was headed just wide. Evenful few minutes as Dior Clarence Williams is brought down inside the box when he had already beaten the goalkeeper. Penalty given, oddly the referee does not even caution the goalkeeper.  Almost five minutes into the second half, Ibrahim Mahudhee makes it 1-1 from the spot-kick. Good runs by the new signing Williams for TC bullying the Green Streets defense.

Excellent counter attack by Green Streets almost gives them the lead again. Ifrah denies them by a quick save.

Until 76th minute, all you can hear on the field is "GO GREEN GO". Ibrahim Waheed Hassan curls the ball beautifully from the D-area to give TC the lead. The TC crowds are awakened. Very good atmosphere created by both set of supporters.

TC Sports look home and dry till deep into stoppage time, run by Mohamed Rishwan(Fukey) releases Riley to score an equalizer. 2-2 Green Streets. Riley's second goal of the game. Coach Suzain's Green Streets again disappoints the favorites. Green Streets cannot be written off till the last whistle. excellent game of football.
