Club Valencia has recently signed the experienced midfielder from Maalhos, Abdulla Ibrahim (Crespo).

He was one of the main engine of Maalhos FT, supporting the defense line, who had previously played for Maziya Sports &RC, Club Valencia and Vyansa SC. He played a vital role in Maalhos FT’s midfield in Ooredoo Dhivehi Premier League last year. Crespo has also played an attacking role for the National U23 side and was recognized for his goal scoring ability.

After three years of absence, Crespo was seen in Kondey Football Team playing a rather defensive role. In 2017 he joined United Victory, and after UV’s unsuccessful campaign, Crespo signed with Maalhos FT to toughen their midfield with his experience in the premier league.

Club Valencia started their practice a week ago with the new signings. Under Soba’s guidance, they are preparing very well for the season. The clubs management has informed that the foreign players will join the squad this week and will toughen the team even more.
