Club Green Streets has signed Ahmed Niyaz and Hussain Abdulla (Uchee) for the upcoming season.

Ahmed Niyaz is one of the most experienced midfielders of Maldives who is well known for supplying brilliant long balls upfront. Niyaz played Male League for Victory SC and after their unsuccessful attempt to reach DPL; he joined the runner-ups of Minivan Championship, Thinadhoo Football Team last year. Niya also instructed the youth team of Thinadhoo which competed in the Youth Championship last year.

Hussain Abdulla known as Uchee signed for Green Streets from Club Eagles. Uchee won FA Cup in 2016 with the club but could not win any title last year as the club was unsuccessful to reach the top four of Male League. Uchee is expected to play a vital role for Green Streets in the upcoming season.

With Suzain as their head coach, Club Green Streets have focused and aimed for the title of Male League. Suzain has stated that the club will be much stronget this year and will give a good fight for the title race.
