Ansar Ibrahim signs for Club Valencia.

Former Maldivian international Ansar Ibrahim signs for Valencia, amid interest from Maziya, TC and Maalhos. The 22 year old started last season as Eagles vise captain. Thinadhoo signed Ansar for their Premier League campaign.

Former Eagles under 21 star has already played and scored for the Maldives National Team. Ansar has not been called up since Ricki Herbert left the National side.

Ansar has played for Club Valencia before. in 2013 Ansar was a part of Coach Aslam Abdul Raheem's under 21 Championship winning side. Ansar is arguably the most decorated player of the under 21 championships. He has 3 champions medals and a runner-up appearance. All with Club Eagles, except for one champions medal with Valencia.
