Last night in Ooredoo Dhivehi Premier League New Radiant won against Thinadhoo by 3 - 1. With this win New is currently with a 5 point lead on top of the table.

Due to this loss Thinadhoo will face issues in their hard work trying to get a place in the top 4 of the league. Green is at 4th place right now with 16 points from 11 matches while Thiandhoo is at 5th place with 12 points they earned from 11 matches.

Eventhought Thinadhoo's coach Suzain said that New will face a lot of pressure from them it was quiet the opposite. New was playing in the good attacking form against Thinadhoo just as they did against Maalhos. The only thing that was in the way of New scoring was excellent saves made by Thinadhoo's goalie. The match was being played well by New and they scored their first goal at 20th minute. This goal was scored by Angel Luis. The second goal was score at 40th minute by Dhangadey. The first goal was scored for Thinadhoo at 65th minute by Avila. Gallado scored a third goal of New just three minutes later and Thinadhoo lost all hopes to get a point.
