New Radiant Sports club beats Kudahuvadhoo comprehensively by 6-0 in today’s Ooredoo Dhivehi Premier League match to move 2 points clear in the points table.

In today’s one-sided match New Radiant scored 2 goals in the first half. The goals were scored by Gallado Valdes on the 19’ minutes and Ali Fasir (Sentey) in the 24’ minutes of the match.

New Radiant scored 4 more un answered goals in the second half, from Ali Ashfag (Dhagadey) in the 62' and 73’ minutes, Hassan Adhuham in the 76’ minutes and Markovic Stevan in the 84’ minute of the match.

After the match New Raidant coach expressed his delight by the performance from the players and the match result and said the team can win the league from this position. Mohan, Kudahuvadhoo coach said that lack of experience and the fact that they were without five of their first team players was the reason for the heavy defat.

New Radiant ends round one of the Ooredoo Dhivehi Premier League with 15 points at the top of the table, while Kudahuvadhoo has just 1 point and sits at the bottom of the table. Round two fixtures of the league are schedule to be held on 29 and 30 of this month.
