Ahmed Hussain's early goal was enough for MPL to edge out Maldivian in last night's Club Maldives Cup Round of 16 match.

Without a reply  from the star-studded Group-B runner-up Maldivian . MPL's goalkeeper emerged as the hero booking a Quarter-final place against STO RC.

Group-F winners will face STO RC on the 28th of October.
