Eagles Signs Egyptian National Player

Club Eagles have signed an Egyptian national player according to agent Ahmed Rashwan.

Club Eagles, second in the league standings are expected to strengthen in the transfer window. Egyptian defender Ahmed Sobhi, capped two times for Egypt senior team has represented Egypt in the all Youth teams including in their Under-20 World Cup campaign. Sobhi who played as right-back for Egypt is expected to play as a center-back for Club Eagles according to Ahmed Rashwan. Eagles already has one of the best Maldivian defenders in Ahmed Numaan(Noombe).

According to Rashwan, eight new foreign players are set to sign in this transfer window to Dhivehi Premier League sides. 

Eagles are currently second in the league and expected challenge league leaders Maziya who are five points clear at the top. Club Eagles are expected to sign other foreign players too before the transfer window closes on monday.
