Dhagandey Thanks Bangladeshi Supporters
Bangladesh Maldives SAFF Yeasin Arafat Kristian Opseth Petar Segrt

Ali Ashfaq(Dhagandey) has praised the Bangladeshi supporters after Maldives 2-0 victory over Bangladesh in the ongoing SAFF Championship 21.


Dhagandey thanked the Bangladeshi supporters with a tweet on saturday.  Dhagandey celebrated his first SAFF Championship goal in Male'.  The marksman had a good game winning praise from both set of supporters scoring his 56th International goal when he coolly slotted home a penalty.


"Thank you our Bangladeshi brothers for the love and support!" tweeted the 36 year old top striker.

Maldives striker was inturn praised by Bangladeshi coach Oscar Bruzon Berreras who worked with Dhagandey in New Radiant in 2016.

Top player, top man, top sportsmanship” tweeted the Spanish Tactician.

Dhagandey missed the gold winning SAFF Championship squad of 2018 when Maldives coach then, Petar Segrt decided to leave out the country’s best play calling him “too old”.
