Maldives has being drew in to same group with India and Nepal in U-15 SAFF Championship 2017. The draw took place in Dhaka, Bangladesh Football Federation. Tournament will be hosted by Nepal from 18th August to 27th August 2017. Matches will be played in Nepal ANFA Complex and Halchowk Stadium.
This year’s tournament will be fourth version of this age group’s SAFF Championship. Maldives have already taken part in 2 of the 3 tournaments, only skipping the 2013’s edition.

In group A, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Sri Lanka. In group B, India, Nepal and Maldives.
In tournament opener Bangladesh will face Sri Lanka on 18th August.

Maldives first match will be against India, on 19th August. And group stage last match will be against hosting country, Nepal, on 21st August.
