Legendary striker Ali Ashfaq(Dhagandey) has started practice with Club Eagles.

According to a Club Eagles official Dhagandey will likely play a part in the upcoming  AFC Cup play-off against Bengaluru FC. Eagles have already gobbled up United Victory's experienced midfield duo, Ismail Easa and Mohamed Arif(Bakaa). Eagles will play against Bengaluru FC in a one leg play-off in the Maldives on the 18th of August. The winner will join Maziya, Mohun Bagan and Bashundhara Kings in the group stages to be played in Maldives as well.

In 2015, Dhagandey practised with Club Eagles too briefly, but according to the Eagles official, Dhagandey will play the AFC Cup for them.
