New radiant sports club has secured the services of Spanish midfielder Angel Luis Ruiz Paz better known as Candela. Blues had to sign a new midfielder after Djamel leeflang requested for his release due to a family problem.

sources close to New radiant claim that Djamel requested his release after his grandmother fell ill. Djamel has been in excellent form through out the season and has been a standout player for the blues.

New signing Candela is a 30 year old who has played much of his career in low division's in Spain and Austria.

Along with Candela Blues have also signed Lebanese center back Hussian el dor who has previously  played for Benfica, Lebanon's national team and clubs in the Lebanese first division.

The two new signings are expected to feature in the last game of the STO Male' league along with experienced midfielder Ibrahim Fazeel and All time top scorer of the Maldives national team Ali Ashfaq.
