Dhiraagu Dhivehi Premier league has been suspended indefinitely. In a press release the FA stated that the league has been suspended due to rising number of Covi-19 cases in greater Male' area. 

The Health Protection Agency of Maldives has notified that all group sports event be halted till further notice. The announcement came a day after the second round of the Dhivehi league has started. 

All Futsal grounds operated by Club in Male' have also been informed to shut down while the FA second division which was has already been delayed has to endure another wait due to the new restrictions. 

greater Male' are also has a newly imposed curfew from 10:30 till 4:00 AM in the morning.
