Ayaaz Ahmed stepped to deliver once again as he rescued Grande from a draw to secure three points and take his side into third in the standings with 12 points from seven games. Meanwhile, for United Victory relegation looms large and are struggling to move out of the bottom of the standings with just three points. 

DA Grande's man of the moment Ayaa started from the bench and came on in the second half to deliver a lethal blow for UV. However, Grande started strong and Yashfaadh Habeeb slotted home to draw first blood in the game and give Grande gaffer Imma breathing space. 

UV came into the second half stronger and started to push forward. The result was Ali Haisham making it all square four minutes from the half hour mark much to delight of new UV gaffer  Ihusaan Abdul Ghanee. 

Despite drawing level UV were unable to hold off another fight back by Grande as they fell short and let in a goal by the brilliant Ayaa to throw away a point. Another late joy for Ayaa and Grande as the left footed magician fired home in the 87th minute to turn the game on Grande's favor.
