Valencia drop more points as the gap at the top widens

Club Valencia dropped more points and the gap at the top continues to widen after Super United held Athif's men to a goalless draw. The result means Valencia are second in the table with 13 points from seven games as the first round games for both club ends. SUS are now in fourth place with eight points from seven games.

Mohan could not have got off to a better start with SUS. But a win for Green Streets will see them drop back. Ali Ashfaq was unable to find the net against his own club. Ali Fasir also had a couple of half chances. As for Valencia their titles hopes are slowly vanishing. A win for Maziya would mean they take a four point lead at the end of the first round of Dhivehi League.

Club Valencia came closest in the game to finding the back of the net in the second half. Fasir knuckle ball Freekick from outside the box went off the cross bar.

Tonight Da Grande take on struggling United Victory.
