Mohan terminates contract with Eagles

Club Eagles gaffer Mohamed Shiyaz (Mohan) has terminated his contract with Club Eagles on mutual understanding. The decision has been predictable with Eagles picking up three points from a possible 18 points. 

The final blow came last nigh when Green Streets blew away Eagles with a thumping  4-1 win. The decision was published in Club Eagles Facebook page. The statement said that the Club and Mohan came to a mutual understanding that it was best that both parties ended the agreement. 

Club Eagles also thanked Mohan for his time at at the Club and thanked him for his achievements with the side. Mohan delivered Eagles to a second place finish last season and AFC cup group stage qualification now on the line. 

At the start of this season Eagles came from behind to beat Maziya in the Charity Shield and lift their first ever FA Charity shield. Despite coming into the season on the strong foot Eagles struggled to get results. Mohan also suffered a major blow when Ahmed Rizvan (Rizey) suffered a serious knee injury sidelining him for rest of the season. 

During a earlier press conference Mohan stated that he might depart the Club if the situation comes. However, in that press conference Mohan stated that the Club Eagles management wants him to stay till the end of the season.
