Ministry of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment began to work with Maldives Pool & Billiards Association to develop world class Pool & Billiards facility in the Maldives. 

The news was brought by the Minister for Sports, Ahmed Mahloof on his official Twitter account today. He has tweeted the sample photos of to be developed facility.

Minister said that they are hoping to finish this project by the end of 2020. 

Minister also noted that " with the completion of this project we will be able to bid international tournaments/ World Championship"  in the Maldives. 

This project is being conducted with the support of Maldives Pool& Billiards Association, therefore Minister thanked it's President and board members for the support.
