Foakaidhoo trio Saqib Haneef, Mahmoud Sayed(Ramos) and Ali Shamis(Thoppe) has joined TC Sports today.

The key three players were allowed to move to TC Sports in their Dhivehi Premier League campaign and for their AFC Cup group stage games. The defending champions lost their star, Maldives International Ibrahim Aisam to Maziya Sports earlier this week. 

Saqib Haneed and Ramos has been in the center of Foakaidhoo's strong challenge in the Dhivehi Premier League. Saqib was signed by Mohamed Shazly(Shaz)to BG Sports in 2016. After good showing in Maalhos Sports Club and Foakaidhoo FC with Shaz's then assistant Ali Nisthar Mohamed, Saqib joins Shaz's revolution at TC Sports. 

Ramos joined Foakaidhoo from Club Eagles in 2018. After starring for Club Eagles, Ramos has been a rock in Foakaidhoo last two seasons. The experienced center back has been used as a center back in midfield as well as a center forward in Foakaidhoo and Eagles.

Ali Shamis(Thoppe) also rejoin Shaz having worked briefly together in Victory Sports Club in 2017. Thoppe has played for Maziya and Green Streets before he joined Foakaidhoo in 2019.
