With a man down, Nilandhoo manages to deny Da Grande 1-1 in today's Premier League match.

In-form attacking midfielder Toshiki Okamoto gave Nilandhoo the lead seven minutes into the game. Maldives International Ayaaz Ahmed(Aya) scored the equalizer for Da Grande midway through the second half. Fifteen minutes from time Nilandhoo's star man Adoku Kweku Lucas was sent off. Da Grande pushed forward to take all three points but Nilandhoo's ten men held bravely to share the points.

Later tonight fellow Minivan Championship side Foakaidhoo FC will play against league leaders Maziya.
