Maziya face mohun bagan in a crucial match in group E of AFC cup 2017. With only one team progressing to the next round from this group both maziya and mohun bagan need a win to keep their hopes alive.

Bengaluru sit on top of the table with 9 points from 3 games maziya have 6 points and mohun bagan have 3 points while Bangladeshi club Dhaka abahani are yet to register a point.

Speaking to the media befor the match coach of maziya sports and recreation marjan sekulovski said that the biggest difficulty is having played many matches in a short period of time.

“This is our 3^rd match in the last 8 days it is very difficult. I would like to appreciate the effort of our players. Suspensions and tiredness are two big problems but I am confident that the 11 players who play can win this game if they try” said marjan.

Marjan added that he belives maziya have no advantage despite playing at home and urged all supporters to come and back the green boys.
