Farey Hits Back At Critics
Nilandhoo FC captain Farhaad Ismail has hit back at critics after 0-13 defeat to Maziya on tuesday nights Premier League clash.
Farey has hit back at critics reminding them that Nilandhoo's defeat came to one of the biggest sides in Maldives football. "our foreign players will come soon and we can get much better" he said in a video interview on Facebook. Farey also said that it was a privilege for the club to play in Maldives first tier.
Farey also said that team will improve soon in their upcoming matches and that the league has three rounds. Nilandhoo are at the foot of the league table, below Victory Sports Club on goal difference.
Former National player signed to home town club Nilandhoo after leaving Green Streets last season. The experienced center back has played most of the big clubs in Maldives including New Radiant and Maziya.
