Youth Minister Ahmed Mahloof has announced that the Futsal ground on Maafannu Stadium will hereafter be open to public.
Earlier, the Futsal ground was leased for varied prices from 2000, 1000 to 500 as per the time used.

On the Official Facebook page of Minister Mahloof, he informed that the futsal ground will be held by FAM daily from 1400pm to 1800pm, and in the following hours futsal ground will be exclusive to registrants as registrations will open in sports Ekuveni from today onwards.

Reduced number of playgrounds are the major concern of sports in Maldives, hence Minister Mahloof has tackled this issue with foreign expertise for a proper solution.
