United Victory signs with HDC for 2 years.

During the FAM election campaign, Bassam Adil Jaleel made a  promise to help Maldives top flight football clubs financially during his tenure as the President of FAM. While many doubted his words, thinking it was just a campaign promise, it all seems to be falling in place with United Victory being the second club to sign the sponsorship agreement with HDC.

Recently Club Eagles pen downed with Maldives Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) for two years.

And now United Victory has signed two years contract with Hulhumale’ Development Corporation (HDC).

On behalf of Hulhumale’ Development Corporation (HDC), Managing Director of the corporation, Mohamed Saiman signed the contract while on behalf of United Victory, Ismail signed the contract.

It is the second club that has signed with partnership companies under the new initiation by Football Association of Maldives.

Recently most of the clubs has expressed the concern of financial issues within the club as it is directly related to player’s motivation. But now it seems FAM is working well towards their promise made to local football with the new management. According to FAM the rest of the seven clubs also will sign with their sponsorship partnership companies in a very near future.
