Koky moves to Eagles
Koky confirms move to Eagles.
Talking to "Boalha.mv" Hishaam Saleem (Koky) said he chose Eagles to move as they have a developing strong youth generation. He also stated that he would love to play for the club and achieve more merits along the way.
His trabsfer decision is due to the current situation of his former club, New Radiant. The club was suspended from all FAM activities just before the Youth Championship. As a result their youth side played in the colours of United Victory and managed to give a good competition to other teams that competed in the 5-team group including defeating Maziya who later lost the remainder of the matches.
The suspension of the club came due to the issue of salaries not being paid to some of the players and some of the staff. The team has responded that FAM's allegations against the club is false and that the suspension of the club is not acceptable. Many other clubs and managers also have raised the voice of New Radiant. However FAM said that they would do anything to protect the local football.
Koky has also formerly played for Victory and was part of the FA Cup winning Valencia side. He says he hopes to achieve more success with Eagles and is ready to give his all.
