Two players from Holhudhoo MUSA academy to play in New Radiant Youth Team
Two players from My Utile Sports Academy from N.Holhudhoo is to play for New Radiant in upcoming Youth Championship.
Two players from MUSA Academy, Abdulla Shahudh (18) and Ahmed Azleef (16) are to play for New Radiant in the upcoming Youth Championship.
The two players have been training with MUSA Academy for 3 years, since its beginning. One of the two players Ahmed Shahudh have played his part the last 2 years in Siyam Mauroof Cup, the biggest tournament held in Noonu Atoll.
MUSA Academy was inaugurated in the year 2016 and has been active ever since. This is the third year since inauguration of the academy and currently has 232 players in training which includes both boys and girls. The Academy holds its training on everyday of the week.

According to Moosa Ibrahim (Moosa), founder of the academy, though he carrying out an amazing youth development program in his own island, N.Holhudhoo, he has also expressed his concerns on resources available.
“We need better facilities to carry out training more effectively, such as a football ground. Our target is to develop players from island level and atoll level into national level players.”
During last year another player from MUSA Academy, Hassan Ziyadh (15) featured in the under-15 national side. The academy hopes to produce more players such as Ziyadh.
