Club Eagles youth team training to kick off on January 3rd.
Club Eagles has decided to start their youth team training right after new year festive. The most successful side of youth championship, Eagles, is believed as the first team to start the preparations for the upcoming youth championship.
After winning the youth championship for straight three years, Eagles faced a disappointing defeat to current champions Club Green Street in this year youth championship final. Green Streets was named as the new champions after winning over Eagles on penalties.

Next year youth championship has already being announced by FAM to kick off on February 3rd. There will be a significant rise in the number of participants next year in youth tournament unlike the last two tournaments which only had four teams competing.
Club Eagles youth team will be lead by Coach Ibrahim Saeed (Kaka) who stepped up for the youth head coach duties right after the most successful youth coach and current Maldives national team assistant coach, the SAFF Championship winner, Ahmed Shakir (Shaakitte) left the club to join the development side of Football Association of Maldives.
Eagles has always being a strong side when it comes to youths. As in the past and during the last season also there were good numbers of youth side players featuring in club senior side. Moreover, some of them were key players through the past and last season for Eagles.
