According to our sources Foakaidhoo star Oggy(Jailam Mohamed) has started talks with Green Streets.

Oggy who scored seven goals for Foakaidhoo has been on Eagles radar from the beginning of the Premier League. Our sources say Oggy has spoken to Green Streets recently and he has not said no to them. Earlier this week sources close to the player also said that the champions TC Sports were also interested in the striker.

When BoalhaMV contacted the player, he did not deny the rumors.

Oggy came into limelight in 2016, playing for BG Sports as a 16 year old winger. The youngster is not afraid to take on the big boys of Maldivian football and has already captained Maldives under 19 team. Before joining Foakaidhoo, Oggy starred for Maalhos and made an appearance in Eagles under 21 side. Oggy did work with Green Streets coach Ali Suzain before in Victory Sports Club briefly in 2017.

With the league format unconfirmed, it will be almost impossible for the Minivan Championship sides to hang on to their star players.
