An audacious second half performance by Foakaidhoo defeats Greens Streets.

Foakaidhoo started the game stronger, keeping the ball and attacking Green Streets at will. After Foakaidhoo marksman Oggy (Jailam Mohamed) missed a penalty, Green Streets started to take the game to the Minivan Championship side. After a mistake from Foakaidhoo defence, Pila(Ali Nasooh) scored coolly to give Green Streets the lead.

Khalil Gamal raced into the box and equalized for Foakaidhoo in the 51st minute. Moments later, seventeen year old youngster Choatu(Hassan Nazeem Gassim) scored the goal of the game coming into the box beating three players and placing the ball into the net to make it 2-1. Substitute Ahmed Shamal scored Foakaidhoo's third on break cutting inside from the left and blasting at the goal. Man of the match Khalil Gamal completed Foakaidhoo's biggest victory of the season with their fourth goal in the 81st minute. 

The win takes Foakaidhoo into the sixth place above Victory Sports Club. Green Streets coming into the game after a memorable 5-1 victory against New Radiant few days ago sits at the fifth place in the league table. Nilandhoo is scheduled to play Victory Sports Club later tonight.
