Former TC Star Dhaadhu (Hassan Naiz) comes back to haunt the team as Maziya beat TC 4-2 in the Premier League today. The win brings Maziya close to their second Premier League title as TC are only two points ahead of the Green Boys with only one match to go.

TC came today knowing that even a draw was good enough to win them their first ever Premier League title. Feydhoo Ibbe cemented TC's Premiership claim by scoring in the sixteenth minute. Only eight minutes later Dhagandey made his presence felt by doubling TC's lead. TC was at the brink of winning their title when Cornelius Stewart, former TC star reduced TC lead in the forty first minute. Two minutes later, minutes from half time Dhaadhu equalized for Maziya, shocking TC Sports.

TC never recovered from the barrage from Maziya in the last five minutes of the first half as Yaambe(Moosa Yaamin) gave Maziya the lead on the hour mark. The shocked TC controlled play for a while until Cornelius Stewart hit the post from a counter attack and Dhaadhu was there to inflict pain on TC from the rebound. Dhagandey had a penalty claim in the dying minutes as the referee waved play on and did the same thing for Maziya seconds later.

The top of the clash victory for Maziya brings them to only two points of league leaders TC. TC now must win their game against Eagles. A draw will still give TC a good chance as they have a superior goal difference over Maziya who play New Radiant.
